Carrus Kaimai Golf Community and Corporate Days - 2016

Welcome Back Everyone.

Day one of term one tomorrow and the PTA are into full swing with organising the Carrus Kaimai Golf Corporate Afternoon and Community Day (19th and 20th of February respectively).

So... to keep it brief...
A 12 hole golf course is made on the Midson's Farm. We set up a couple of BBQ's, a quad bike with chilly bin cruises the course providing refreshments as required. There is a chipping competition at the end and some prizes for good measure.

There are two events -
Corporate Day: Friday 19th February.
We transport corporate teams to the Midson's Farm by bus for the 12 holes. At the end of that we have a chipping competition and a very impressive auction list then when the fun has finished we transport the teams back home - all done and dusted on a Friday afternoon.
One cost - everything included - transport, golf, food and refreshments.
Teams confirmed are: Carrus, Bayleys, Craigs Investment Partners, Eves, Bulk Lines and Beca.

Community Day: Saturday 20th February.
Come on down Soliders Road - follow the signs and play our scenic course. BBQ's and refreshments available for purchase.
Want to come and have some adult time? This year the wonderful energetic staff from 'Kiwi Can' will take care of the kids whilst you enjoy the event.

Helping Us
There a couple of ways you could help us, your kids and our school  - your time or providing some spot prizes.
We are looking for help on Friday 19th and Saturday 20th - no experience needed. Stay as long or as short as you like.
In terms of prizes - we are looking to fill the tables on both days.

Any questions, please give me a call.
Kind Regards,
Trinity Milham

Afternoon Everyone,

We are gearing up for a huge Calf Club on Saturday 17th October.

The kids have all got their book of raffle tickets to sell for our famous $5 raffle. Outstanding prizes this year (as always).

Last week we opened up the hall for a parents afternoon tea to meet the PTA and to see if we could add anyone to the PTA family. So a big welcome to Sam and Jess (mums with children in Room 1). Great to have you on board.

Our next meeting is Tuesday 15th September at 2.30. Our door is always open, the jug is always on if you would like to stop in.

Take care,
Trinity. - 021 192 3505
